We begin by clearly defining our goals and understanding our audience. This step involves collaborating with user research, the team, and product owners to gather insights and explore the competitive landscape, setting the stage for success.

Based on research, I develop a detailed project roadmap that aligns with your vision and his phase includes defining.

With a strong foundation in place, I move into wireframing and initial design concepts. I work closely with you during this phase.
